All of our parents undergo health and genetics testing prior to being bred in order to match the best dam and sire together. We guarantee that your new puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. You have the option, within 72 hours of receipt, to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice. If the puppy fails the examination, Buyer may return for a full refund. This Guarantee does NOT cover conditions such as, but not limited to improper bite, thin coat, hernia of any kind, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), internal or external parasites, loose stools, or any other condition that can be corrected over time or vet treatment.
We offer a three year health guarantee on congenital defects. Should your puppy be determined to be suffering from a fatal defect deemed to be hereditary, Exquisite Yorkies will replace the puppy with one of the same value.
All puppies have received age appropriate worming and vaccinations before they go home.
Getting a new puppy can be a challenge. While they are sweet and cuddly, they are also lots of work. We ask that you give it time for your to adjust to being a new parent of a puppy and for the puppy to adjust to it's new surroundings. It is important to us that our puppies are placed in homes that love them and are 100% satisfied with their purchase. For that reason, Exquisite Yorkies will allow our buyers to return the puppy within 7 days of purchase for any reason. Please see our contract for more details.
Raising quality yorkies is expensive and we want to make sure that you bring the healthiest possible yorkie baby into your family. We realize that there are "cheaper" options out there but health issues and vet bills can add up! Our puppies are sold with limited registration unless agreed upon in the contract. Puppies will come home with registration, microchip, and a large puppy pack including a blanket that smells like mom, bed, Nutracal, food, toys, etc. The typical price for limited AKC registration is $2500-4000 for males and $3500-5000 for females. We will sometimes offer full registration after a full vetting process.
Our puppies come in all different colors including traditional, parti, kB black, light and dark chocolate, and platinum. All are AKC registered.
Our puppies are raised as part of our family. They are well socialized with people, kids, and dogs of all sizes. Yorkies love to be held and to give kisses. While we cannot guarantee the temperament of any puppy, we can commit to do everything we can to give them the best start to being happy, healthy, and well socialized pups. This is why we keep our puppies with us until at least 12 weeks but may be longer depending on puppy's individual needs.
We can give you an estimate of size and show you pictures of previous litters when possible, but we cannot guarantee the full grown weight. Please understand that many breeders are misleading when they quote you the future size of your puppy. Birth weights can be much smaller then what they chart as they grow. Please ask for multiple weights to better determine how they are sizing. We update our charting weights each time we do a weigh in to ensure we are giving the best information to our puppy buyers.
Our dogs are fed Pawtree Foods our adult dogs and to wean our new puppies. We feed natural treats such as freeze dried meats, dehydrated veggies, and raw meat bones to supplement. We recommend you continue to use Pawtree until your puppy is at least 10 months of age. We will send home a puppy pack to get your started! Our puppies can live all over the world. When the time is right, we will always try to hand deliver ourselves so we can meet our new puppy parents. When this is not an option, we will use Go Fetch Pet Transport. Ask us for more details about these options.
